6. Payment Terms

Ensuring safe and timely access to the site, equipment, material, product, or facility
Arranging necessary permissions, safety clearances, escorts, utilities, manpower, or equipment support
Providing required documents, drawings, samples, specifications, and records
Ensuring that the site or sample is ready for inspection, testing, or audit
Informing CDG Inspection Limited of any hazards, risks, restrictions, or special conditions
Making payment as per agreed terms
Failure to meet client responsibilities may result in delay, additional charges, rescheduling, cancellation, or limited service output.
9. Reports, Certificates, and Deliverables
Reports, certificates, findings, observations, or other deliverables issued by CDG Inspection Limited are based on the scope of work, applicable standards, information provided, samples tested, site condition observed, and activities performed at the time of service.
Reports and certificates are issued only for the specific sample, product, site, process, document, batch, or scope assessed. They must not be altered, misrepresented, partially reproduced, or used beyond the defined scope without written permission.
CDG Inspection Limited may refuse to issue or may withdraw a report, certificate, or deliverable if there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, tampering, non-payment, misuse, or violation of agreed terms.
